Instant Enroll eFax Technology
Fax to carriers directly from the system!
IBN has released our latest feature, moving toward an even more paperless enrollment process.
Now, completed enrollment forms can be faxed directly from the system to the carriers’ billing department by adding our eFax module. Employers can complete any additional information required by an individual carrier and send the appropriate form directly to the billing department.
When the employer receives the carrier’s bill, they can confirm new employees have been added by accessing the Fax Report section of the system. Any discrepancies can be quickly resolved, as the report will document when the enrollment forms were faxed and received with a confirmation receipt. If the carrier has misplaced the enrollment form, the employer can instantly fax it again directly from the system.
