For most organizations their pay and benefit programs represent the most expensive costs of doing business. This session is designed to help those organizations determine if their dollars are being well spent. This workshop will address:

• Ways to measure a company's benefit and compensation programs in both dollars and effectiveness;
• Methods for determining if employee productivity is going up or down;
• How industry norms and measures (both benefits and pay) can help an organization position itself against the competition;
• The connection between pay and benefits that is often overlooked; and
• What is (and isn't) the appropriate role of benefit brokers and compensation consultants.

This seminar is designed for HR professionals, company financial executives, and others with compensation and benefit program design responsibilities. Attendees are encouraged to bring specific concerns or questions from their own work situations so they can be addressed during the session.
