Who are the people we deal with? Some are wonderful, cooperative, and inspirational. Others are hard workers and willing to contribute positive efforts. Still others have definite opinions, want their way, are chronic complainers, and resistant to any change.
Dealing with these different individuals requires different styles, different approaches. Structures, empathy, strong communication skills, and a good sense of diagnosis are needed. This session will identify new interaction techniques and will include participative exercises as it explores ways to deal with difficult people.
