The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requires that each employer have a clear policy regarding Harassment, a documented reporting process, prompt investigation of all allegations, and conduct training for all employees. Since Sexual Harassment continues to be one of the most difficult challenges faced by employers. This comprehensive training package has separate sections that are appropriate for supervisors/managers and employees. The training hand out materials are supported by a set
of two books entitled Step Forward: Sexual Harassment
in the Workplace, What You Need to Know and
Shades of Gray: Guidelines for Managers, Supervisors,
and Employees. In addition there are videos that can
be borrowed to assist you in the training, if you wish.
The videos present the information in a non-threatening
manner with a sincere, but, direct approach.
Additionally, the training package comes with exercises
to use during training, and reference materials that can
be used to answer any employee questions. We also have
videos in the Spanish language; please indicate when you
would need this one.
